If you're getting voltage at the starter than it's probably the 
ground strap, or maybe the solenoid/  Ground strap is a pretty common 
failure item, happened twice on the 5k and once on the 200q20v 
shortly after i bought it...3-4 years ago.  The reman unit was 
painted, top to bottom including  ground strap, smart idea.
