This is very WIERD! Russ is REALLY good about it!
I got two units from him in the past without any PROBLEM.  Something is
going on................

Ordered a recharged bomb from Russ and paid for it thru PayPal over a
month ago and I still haven't received it even after numerous emails.
Needless to say I'm pissed off and I hope I have some recourse thru
PayPal.  There may be a reasonable explanation for the delay but no
response to my email raises suspicions.  Just thought I'd pass this on.
