The flat front with single-reflector H4s was Europe-only, used on 80s from
1979 to 1985. In 1985, the slightly rounder version was introduced, at
which point the US version went from four headlights to two and a front end
that really resembled European 80s made until late '86 (when the type 89
was introduced).
If you want a true flat front end, you must source European parts.
