Most of us do it ourselves.  You don't say what engine (or even what car)
but http://www.isham-research.com/quattro/mb_head.html will give you a rough
idea of the work involved in that kind of strip.  No change from GBP300 in
most places.

What do you need a downpipe for?  Manifolds are cheapest at South Hereford
Audi and Vardys in Leicester.

Fix it befor eyou even THINK of boosting it.
