Discounts On Mailorder-Clair

You see, this is where the stories diverge. You (and everyone else out
there) says that there should be some kind of "extra" discount off of the
prices you see when ordering online. Yet, when I spoke (emailed) Barry
today, his response was there is no "extra" discounts.

Below, I've copied in emails of two different versions of this discussion.
Jerald's email says that he's gotten an additional 5% off when ordering, yet
Barry says no such discount exists.

Who's right? For those of you who have ordered online, have you called
directly, and gotten any additional further discount off the internet
prices? How long ago did you last place an order (maybe they used to offer
a discount, but have discountinued this practice)?

Thanks to all for your help with this.
Mitchell
