well i don't know if it could be called *my* project. i just buy the
parts and have a shop do the dirty work :) the car is a 1988 Audi 90
fwd

i had the rims (fondmetal 6500 17x7.5) and tires (kuhmo ecsta supras)
put on the other day. WoW! looks 100% better. Also a viper alarm system
was installed. the installer knocked a large hose that goes from the
master cylinder to the engine off so all knight i had close to no brakes
and decreased power. i looked at it when i got home and just put the
hose back on. viola!

the car goes in monday for installation of control arms and bushings,
balljoints, subframe bushings, bilstein front and rear struts, improved
strut mount bearings, bumpstops, 2bennett stiff as hell coilover
program (lowers it about 2 inches)... i think that is about it for now.
maybe later strut tower brace, and swaybars. should be a nice setup.

i know the car is only fwd and it has 123,000 miles on it. but it still
runs with the best of them. i took a pic of the speedometer going
130mph with the stock setup. i will have some before and after pics
soon. i will get them to my website.

so thank you all very much for for all the help, suggestions, points in
the right direction, words of wisdom... everything. could NOT have been
done with you all!

also, i just had a new exhaust put on, a supersprint muffler is coming
also. that should complete the car. after that i will be looking for
a faster quattro. any suggestions are welcome :) i am interested in
sport quattos all the way to newer audis. turbo 5 cylinder would be
ideal? thanks again!
