Nokian NRW - opinions?

I am considering the Nokian NRW. They are suppose to have a snow rating
as well. (I am not sure how good of a rating though)

They are $ 180 CAN. (approx. $ 120 US)

Anybody has any experience with them? I am located in Alberta, driving
on dry roads most of the time. No slush, but occasional snow and ice.

I am not overly concerned about the summer performance, because I have
another car for the summer, but it should be half descent.
