Don't do it!!!!!!!
That's a serious rip off.
I replaced my driver's side cat for only $300 through the aftermarket, and
installed it myself. It was a bolt in replacement.

Their prices may have gone up a little, it's been almost 2 years since I
replaced mine, and it still works great.
