Turbo 5 clutches?

Centerforce clutches are pretty well respected. Their dual-friction
design is supposed to have lower clutch effort. I believe, but I'm
not sure, that they can take the stock used clutch from your car and
convert it. Call them and discuss it with someone in their tech
department, they can give you the whole rundown. I considered it
when I needed to replace mine, but decided against it based on advice
from people who said not to bother.

I believe the same clutch is used in the MC as the 3B, and in good
shape, it's plenty fine unless you're going to really abuse it, ie,
race it. I haven't tried any hard launches since I got Ned's chip(I
had a TAP chip), but I never really found the clutch to be a limiting
point. The tap chip probably made around 250hp, I would
guess(nowhere near their claimed 270 or so.) If it's good enough for
a chipped 3B, it'll be good enough for a tweaked MC...
