Quattro book, by Walton

Also known a "Quattrophenia", kind of hard to come by in the USA. I bought
a copy for a friend that was looking for one after seeing my copy and
I found it on E-Bay. The seller was an automotive "paper/book" dealer
located in England.

Give http://alibris.com a search every now and then, they are sometimes
listed on that site.
