[V8] Windshield washer and more

Isn't the "button" the "intensive" wash with a special cleaner fluid in a 
little reservoir next to the main reservoir?  Don't you need to pull the 
wiper activator arm toward the wheel to get the main fluid reservoir pump 
to work?
