1991 200 20V at champagne motors colorado

I've seen this 91 200 20v on consignment at Champagne motors selling for $10,900. Anybody knew of this? 
is the owner a lister?. I just heard he does the chipping on champagne motors from MTM. It has the euro light already & is 153,000 miles miler.

I am planning to sell my 89 200 and get this one or the quattro coupe for '83 for $6,400. 
any views/comment is well appreciatted.
