ETKA 5.0 not working with Win2000

OK.  I feel really dumb but I can't find the fix for making ETKA and
Win2000 play nicely.
There's a list of files that need to be manually copied from the W95 directory on the CD
to the ETProg directory on the machine...  Can someone refresh my memory?  PLEASE!
