need help removing rear hatch cover on 98 a6 avant

can hear a rattling noise when i close my door as well as when i go over
bumps.  tried taking rear hatch cover off but having some difficulty.  got
the bottom section off but can't figure out what's holding  the other end
(closest to roll out shade).  i can see some screws way back there but that
would require a 2 ft long torx or allen wrench.  what am i overlooking?  can
some one help me out?  thanx.
