well, in this case the big advantage to solder was the space savings.  Having 
a huge mess of crimp connectors can add quite a bit of thickness to the 
wiring.  Besides, a good solder joint is NOT going to come apart.  ever.

Yeah, I figured you were going to hurt after taking that door apart (3?)

By the time I reached the bottom of *one* beer you were working on your
