I think its time to reign this in as Y'all are digressing from the question
and this is nothing to do with Audi.  The answer I think I was looking for
is Florida, yes, the Renault Florida pre dated the Caravelle and all that US
and VW Caravelle stuff by 20 years, ie: 1962!
