The S4tt wheels are 7.5"x17" with an ET45 offset.  
The original OEM wheels are 8"x16" ET40

I'm running Audi Avus wheels in 8"x17" ET35 on my S6.  This isn't my car
but the wheels are the same:

The outside edge of the S4 rim will be 1cm inside of the edge of the
current wheel, and the inside edge of the S4 wheel will be within 1mm
of the current wheel.  So it should fit.  It may look sunken in the wheel
well but it should clear everything.
