85 4000S Starts, runs5 sec then stalls

I have no idea if the fuse box is the same on a 4000 as a 5000, but I would
check the "spare" fuse.
It isn't a spare. It controls the CIS. Many have removed this fuse to
replace the radio fuse or something and then the car doesn't run.
This may be a totally different set-up on the 4K, but thought I would
mention it.
