head identification

Hello group,
I am planing to do some head work on my 1990 100q. 
Since I need the car to drive everyday I would like a
seperate to play with.  Does anyone know what type of
head this motor has and where is it marked?  I want to
start my hunt as soon as possible, and lastly does
anyone in this group have a spare laying around?
