that is like trying to blame the WTC or certain airlines for the recent
horrors.

Microsoft doesn't create the virus's.  They just market the worlds most
popular operating system, which increases the probability that it will be
exploited as such.  

I'm not trying to start and OS wars here - I have used them all for
different reasons.

This is the same one that slammed my ISP's connection yesterday.  Friggin'
Microsoft ... now I've got a 4000 line error log on my web server full of
dumbass buffer overflow attempts.  Glad I don't use IIS (or Windows for that
matter).
