Anyone has ever seen this working???

Hey listers!

I was wondering if anyone of you all had ever seen such a mod actually 
working on a CIS car....

I mean the twin throttle-bodies mod on the intake manifold plenum...
Apart the usual linkage and plumbing issues, what could be the other issues, 
like "leaning out" of the CIS at WOT or anything?
Has anyone considered doing this on his own car? I know that there's a 
difference between the Golf and the 4kq-ish engine position, so the plumbing 
would be a little more difficult, but except that?
