That time of year is coming- snow tire recommendation

The conventional wisdom is, narrow is better.  I've had 195/60R15 WinterSport
M2's on my A4 for three winters now and have been quite happy.  They have good
grip on dry pavement and are not particularly noisy.  I've used them in two
winter driving schools (http://www.teamoneil.com)
sponsored by the local Q club and have held my own pretty well, considering my
so-so talent.
