Oil Leaks Everywhere

Well that might be a bit extreme, but while doing my pre-winter clean-up
and check-up, I noticed alot more oil than usual in and around the hoses
going to the turbo.  I also noticed oil in various other tubing like the
Y rubber hose on top of the valve cover (one leg goes down to the banana
hose).  It seems that almost every hose connected to the engine has oil
in it and seeping from it's ends.  I have not  noticed any increased oil
consumption or oil leaks under the car but still this seems a bit odd.

On other cars I would tend to think that it was a plugged PVC valve.
Does the I5 engine have such a thing, or what other conditions could
cause these symptoms?
