There is no choke on our fuel injected Audis. There are other devices
that provides similar functions to the choke (cold engine idle boost
and fuel enrichment), but your description sounds more like either
an air leak somewhere in the intake system (hoses, boot, etc) or the
fuel injection system that is basically not tuned correctly.
I take it that you're not a do-it-yourselfer and this sort of thing
requires a fair amount of experience and knowledge to do right. Thus,
I suggest that you take your car to a good certified Bosch fuel injection
service specialist to have it looked at.
