Tire Vibration when Cold

Yup, this is normal.  High performance tread compounds basically
"freeze" at lower temperatures.  My Toyo RA-1's and Kumho V-700's are
very bad for this.  They also provide very little traction when the
temp drops even more.  Don't even think of going near snow.  All
season and winter tires aren't just tread pattern, it's also compound.
