Sullivan Tire did a fine job with the Hakka Q's.  Used torque sticks
on an impact to get 'em close, with a torque wrench to finish off,
and sure enough, they felt perfect when I took them off a few weeks
later.  They also mounted weights inside the wheel as I asked, and
the wheels are smooth as silk, great balance job.  Quick, polite,
followed my instructions etc...but only reason I went to them was
they had the q's in stock in the size I needed and they came
recommended by a few folk in the area I know and trust.
