will 85 4kq clutch/flywheel work on '83 CGT??

Just wondering if I can put an '85 4kq clutch and flywheel combo on to my '83
CGT.  The main issue is that my car has a cable clutch and I believe the '85
4kq is hydraulic.   Can the newer clutch be turned into a cable clutch or do
I have to put all the hydraulic stuff on my car?  Can that even be done.....
