1.8 20v turbo head sourcing/fixing

OMG...no way.  The 1.8 has a known problem with the timing belt tensioner
snapping belts as soon as 30,000 miles.
I recommend people change the belt at least at 50,000.  I've seen SOOO many
cars with snapped belts right at 60,000miles.  With the problem of the
tensioner, if it was my car, I would change it at 30,000 though....
Just dig through audiworld, you can find more stories than you can shake a
stick at.
I don't care what the owners manual "recommends", change it at least at 60K,
if not sooner..
