Unusual wear

Hi,
Has anyone run into the driveshaft flanges on the trans getting loose? I
have an 83 4000. The tranny had a leak from the flanges. I changed the
seals and found the driveshaft flanges were wobbling around noticeably.
I changed the tran. Its now happening again. Could my inner cv joints be
gone? How can you tell? Could the engine/tranny not be aligned? ( I put
in a Fox
1.8l) I want to resolve this before changing the tranny again.
