1.8 20v turbo head sourcing/fixing

Not sure about the 30valve, but with the 12valve, change it at 60K.

Also change:
water pump
timing belt tensioner pulley
timing belt follower pulley
T-stat
T-stat gasket

Check the serpentine belt and tensioner too.
