kind of a provincial attitutde for one of such otherwise worldly bearing.
Of course you knowing what Paypal is kinda disproves your statement.  None
the less, happy to bring you up to speed.  Being internet based they are in
business at any connected PC. I've been sending receiving PayPal to your
side of the pond for some time. No complaints so far.  If you were being
facetious and I missed it, sorry sometimes subtlety is lost on me.
