it should be easier to work your way up the B-pillars, since those trims
come off ok, headliners don't.

you don't need to source your wires at the sunroof panel.

ground - anywhere, really
12v - ditto - any fused battery circuit could be the start.

the switched ground - it available at each door switch.  tap into it
there at one of the doors, I think the front door is easier, and run all
3 up the piller and then to the light locations.

I take it you are adding the "o-yikes" handles and courtesy lights over
each door, like I thought were standard on these things?

That's the short version, I'm sure you can figure out any part of it
that might be useful to you.
