You luckily missed rush hour(day).  But when clogs are gone, everyone
speeds--probably out of sheer surprise and joy.

Yes.  I've seen many either just in rear enders (their fault, front jacked
w/their ugly air dam now dammed) or victims of past rear enders.

The farther south you go, the fewer you'll see.  The Audi:BMW ratio
increases as you travel north.
