That's what I thought, in which case, it seemed to me that brake
fluid would be enough, but I was worried that it either wouldn't be
enough, or there's a secondary purpose to the grease aside from
initial assembly.

Well, one of my concerns with using the grease was that a)it's not
specifically purposed for brake components according to the label,
and b)I saw someone post that they tested a lube on one of the seals
and it caused them to swell.
BTW, Peter pointed out I forgot to mention...this is for the piston,
not the e-brake assembly.
Hmm, Bentley strongly urges filling+bleeding the caliper off the car.
<sigh>...oh, and I no longer remember which fitting is for the
bleeder and which is for the hose. Bentley is less than clear in the
diagram. Shoot.
