Hapersized RAIS or ? what would you give for a half second off a 0-60 time?

We (well ok, that would be the royal "I" anyway), have joked about Hap's
hunt for small furry creatures with his RAIS.

Some have, even worried about Hap's RAIS, like Noah, gathering small (maybe
even large) animals and two by two, running afoul of a few drops of water
you have... well a hydrological impasse of sorts, if nothing else.

But in Hap's reluctant defense,

So now boyos, would you do it for a potential half second or so off a
reported (originally) 8 second 0-60 time?  Would you postulate the same or
similar results for a Urns/6?

** to cut to the chase, the "stock" turbocharged VL (an Australian 3 liter
inline 6 cylinder) was "pulling" @ 29.5" H20 "peak restriction" before RAIS,
and @ 13" of H2o "after" RAIS modifications.  0-100 kph time reportedly
dropped from 8.0 seconds to 7.45 seconds.  No documentation provide on how
many Fosters consumed.
