Well I just did a reverse DNS search on www.police guide.com, and here is
who owns it.

If I start getting spam, I'll know who to complain about, and who to
complain to - his server is on the last line.


Wonder if he can get in trouble for impersonating a law enforcement
organization? (hint hint)
