Buzzing Seat Warmer

Seriously, there should be a relay under the dash for supplying power to the
seat heater elements, and it sounds like it's on it's way to the trashcan.
Had the same problem in my 1980 just before it lost dr's side seat heat -
it's on my "Round Tuit" list (although no seat heat is better than the seat
heat in my '87, where there's a major hot spot just to the left of
centre....OUCH!)
