Thermo Time Switch for '87 5ktq? [was Fuel Pressure Testing - 5ktq - where to tap?]

I checked the airplate sensor rest position. There was debris, so I
cleaned and adjusted.

Still starts awful. Phil, 'you da man' - what say ye? Anyone - help!

Is there/where is the thermo-time switch? Bently/Probst alludes to
checking, but I see none in the wiring diagram.

FWIW/IMO The information in the Bently for the 5000 series two manual set
only suffices to lead me astray since it provides a ream of info on
checking CIS-E/E3, but relatively little on CIS - CS turbo.

Looks like I'm into Fuel Pressure testing. Maybe it'll tell me something.

I can always swap parts from the other 5ktqa. Is the warmup regulator my
most likely culprit? How about that outer O-ring I didn't replace in the
system pressure reg? I wouldn't think there would be any other problem
with the fuel distributor, as the car runs great once started and
running..'cept for a lopy idle which I attribute to the cam.

Would overcamming cause the car not to start right up. Prior to doing all
of the work, it would start within 1-2 sec. It is however ironic that the
ISV and idle screw both went kaput afterward.

TIA for any help in resolving this, as I have spent too much time already,
to no avail.
