As I've explained many times, I'm not responsible for anything save
helping to keep the machine running.  I am responsible for the
200q20v list(along with Chris Miller), however.  Steve admins the UrQ
list.

   On the quattro list, it's personal opinion unless I specifically
state otherwise...and usually in those cases, I'm merely reminding
people of existing/well known policy...and in the end I'm
occasionally accused of not evenly "reminding" people.  Well, duh.  I
don't have time to read every single post, and I don't like to be
reminding people of policy every hour or two, nor do I wish to be
called a list policy nazi.
