probably, but why?

2 =what  is involved in repairing /replace clutch in a 4kq ?

a lot of work.  you have to get a *lot* of parts out of the way
(exhaust, driveshafts, etc), undo the tie rod bracket, tilt the front of
the engine up, undo all the engine/tranny bolts, pull tranny, swap
clutch bits, reassemble.

3 =has anone had any prob with clutch mast cylnr

I'm sure some have - you should definitely replace the slave while the
tranny is out.  And the tranny input seal, engine rear main seal, and a
few other things I can't remember right now

4= can anyone tell me if a 91 audi 90 20 valve nonturbo mtr can be
swapped into a 4kq ?

Yes, sure

 i would like to use the existing fuel sys to minimze the change over

Nope.  Pump and lines, maybe, but not the management system.

now  for some info  re suspension parts for 4kq
1  cntrl arm bush poly type can be purch from spa tech of indiana
2 rear sway bar  use the frnt bar off a 4k 2wd frnt on the rear of uor
4kq take all exist hdwre some fab neccisary im planning on fab rear bar
out of  ,500 sched 40 water pipe or chr molly  tube bar is 1.5-2.0
stiffer than a solid bar + weighs less .

ive seen people asking about strut brace the one from an audi 90 q
should fit as well

that is correct.
