Hubcentric wheel spacers

Does anyone know a "good" (read reputable) source for hubcentric wheel
spacers?
I've got a '93 90S and I would like to move my tires out about 5mm, but
since the mid 90's 90 series uses hubcentric wheels, I don't want to
have to dink around with those cheesey plastic spacers.

I figure I could go with some studs and lug nuts at the same time
(rather than trying to locate longer wheel bolts)....anyone know a good
source for those too?
