Difference in MC-1 & MC-2 engines?

The compression difference is in the pistons, not the head, the heads are
about identical. Realistically you could get by with an MC-2 bottom end in
your MC-1, some would argue that the timing maps would be all off, I've BTDT
with no problems, just run higher octane fuel, the ignition systems in both
those cars are very good.
