quattro digest, Vol 1 #3283 - 4Kq Bolt Pattern Change

AFAIK, the VW Quantum Syncro had 38 mm offsets instead of 45 mm offset,
so the syncro hubs may need a different set of hats to go on them.
Otherwise they are essentially the same.
