CGT driving impressions/ CGT tall gearing?!!

I have had my CGt turbo done for a while now and the only real complaint I
have is how short my gearing is.  Before I changed my wheel tire combo I was
running almost exactly 60mph at 3000rpm which got a little bit buzzy.   In NA
form the short gearing was great, it helped me run a 15.9 in the quarter
which from everything I've seen is fast for a stock CGT.   I haven't had any
problems reaching top speed in my CGT turbo, at 12psi of boost 120mph comes
up pretty quickly but I am almost totally tached out by then.

What turbo are you using? What kind of filter are you using?  It is possible
that maybe your turbo is running out of steam at your elevation.  It may be
possible to help that by changing to a freer - flowing filter.  I am running
a K&N drop in and it does seem to let the turbo breathe a little better...
