Hi guys or the Golden State,

My brother Thomas is in LA, and has had the great misfortune of purchasing a '96 Range Rover despite my heated and constant objections - and strong, pre-purchase shoves towards an Audi.

He has now - after 6 months of ownership - had numerous problems with the British behemoth, and is ready to go shopping for an A4 Avant.

Unfortunately, in the L.A. area, he is telling me there are no Avants available, A4 or otherwise.

Any help would be appreciated here, even within a good 3-6 hours drive time.

Also, just yesterday he discovered the hard way, that the tires are dried out, and ready to explode (well, at least the 3 that didn't explode yesterday).

He is now looking for a place to purchase used tires. A junkyard, a used tire place, a lister, anything.
