Since you've already taken apart the seats I'm sure that you've seen
that they are pretty intricately shaped.  www.foamorder.com has lots and
lots of different kinds of foam.  They list all the different
applications, properties, etc. for each kind so you could get softer or
firmer than the factory if you wanted to. They do offer it in many
different shapes, but I don't know about how you would get the proper
shape.  I guess you could get larger sizes than needed and try to carve
it to the correct shape, but that seems pretty tough.
Keep the list posted if you find a way to do so or a different source
for the foam.
