Hi Gerard,

I ended up buying the tool for $25.  I never got a chance to
try out the grease displacement/impact method, but it has
apparently worked for some and not for others.

I'm not sure if those links could be shorter and still work.

Unfortunately, it's almost a one-time use tool.  However, it
definitely did the job and was easy to use.
