3 w/pumps in one year!

i've seen the same, if you overtighten the belt on initial install it will
damage the bearings.
i've seen it done and have done it myself, i've finally gotten good at it
and i can put an italian pump
on in a bind and it still doesn't make noise now :)  the timing belt really
doesn't need much tension.
I leave it loose enough to where i can slide the belt off the cam with a
bit of finagling (sp?)
