Battery relocated to rear?

I have not relocated the battery in my 4k but I have in several Porsches. A
cheap distribution block is an Audi radiator mount (I don't remember the
part number). It is basically 2 - 8mm studs separated by 10mm -12mm of
rubber. Drill a hole in the sheetmetal where you want the cables to meet and
bolt down the radiator mount. Then put heavy duty 8mm ring terminal ends on
your cables and bolt them down to the other stud of the radiator mount. The
cables are very solidly mounted and insulated from the body. This method
does not provide a cover for the exposed cable ends but you can get a
battery cable boot to cover most of it.
Thanks
Jim

Hey, something I have been meaning to ask you about that... When you
put the distribution block in, did you use one with a fuse? Most of
the ones that I have found come with an integrated fuse in the block,
which I suppose is good in a way, but I was going to fuse the power wire
farther back.
Thanks!
