add-on side marker upgrade

Yet more custom stuff on my Audi today...

Added side markers that also function as turn signals mounted into the
fendres of my 4ktq.  I put up a web page with the part numbers and some
installation pictures here:

total cost was about $40 with all the necessary parts purchased from my Audi
dealer.

It is SOO time for me to get some sleep!
